BOGE F belongs in their high-performance compressed air filters series.
BOGE has developed the material composition, so that the BOGE F series has a significantly improved surface structure, and has thereby secured the industry’s lowest differential pressure, throughout the element’s lifetime.
This ensures a reliable separation of solids, oil, water and oil/water aerosols.
Independent experts tested those – and approved them on the basis of ISO 12500-1: 2007 and ISO 8573-1: 2010 – a reliable separation of solids, oil and water aerosols, as well as oil vapours.
The BOGE F series elements have an efficient microfiber fleece, with an optimized outer coating.
Food production certification.
According to the regulation on food contact materials (EC) 1935/2004, all the filters in the BOGE F series have an exemption certificate from applicable EU regulations.
However, they are all certified for use in sensitive applications under FDA Title 21 CFR, meaning they are suitable for use in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Never before has a filter element been so effective.
A choice of three element qualities allows you to design a system that delivers the air quality you need:
- Grade P/FP – <1µ – Pre-filter – particles, aerosols (oil, water)
- Grade M/FM – <0.01µ – Micro-filter – particles, aerosols (oil, water)
- Grade A/FA – Active carbon filter – oil vapours
BOGE F series – Flange filter housings contain the following number of elements:
- F 375 – 1 PCS.
- F 745 – 2 PCS.
- F 1115 – 3 PCS.
- F 1490 – 4 PCS.
- F 2230 – 6 PCS.
- F 3720 – 10 PCS.
- F 5210 – 14 PCS.
Why replace Compressed Air Filter Elements?
Compressed air contains pollution, in the form of water, oil and particles. Therefore, it is important that compressed air is filtered with a professional and economical compressed air filter element.
At the same time, it allows you to change filter elements more regularly. Which increases safety and minimizes energy costs.
Proper maintenance and regular replacement of elements, ensure the function of the filters. This provides a continuous quality of the compressed air in your system, and thus a better and safer end product. Remember that even filters in new compressed air systems can be heavily contaminated.
The pollution of the compressed air comes partly from the surroundings and partly through the compression process. Water is a common component of the air around us. And water condenses automatically when the air is compressed. It is therefore important to post-treat and filter your compressed air before sending the compressed air further out into your system.
There are often also safety and environmental legal requirements for compressed air quality. Just as there are almost always quality requirements, both from customers but also from quality assurance standards.
With compressed air filter elements from EKO-Filters, you are guaranteed a quality and advantageous compressed air filter element solution. Which ensures your compressed air system a longer service life, and that your product can live up to the standards set for compressed air quality.
