EKO-Filter’s internal drain valve IDK-AC0563.

IDK-AC0563 is EKO-Filter’s replacement for Atlas Copco 2901-0563-00 internal drain valve.

The collection house contains a float, which rises and falls with the condensate level.
When the float reaches a predetermined level, a mechanical drain valve is activated and the condensate is forced out of the collecting house and on to further treatment.
Safe and reliable operation, and necessary if they want to avoid water in the air, or rust and corrosion of their compressed air containers.

What does an automatic drain do?

The internal drain is inside the filter housing.

Autodrain removes condensed liquid, usually a mixture of water and compressor lubricant, from compressed air systems.

As the name suggests, release auto-drained labor.
Buy an automatic inter drain valve and an employee no longer needs to patrol the facility
and manually drain fluid from the air system.
